"Paid online on a Friday. The following Wednesday, I get a text saying my policy had been canceled due to non-payment, so I called the number that was included in the text. I explained my situation to the the (grumpy) lady who answered the phone, and offered her my payment confirmation number, but she said she said that was useless because she didn't have any way to look it up, and that I'd have to call the billing department. When I asked for that number, she said she didn't have it and I'd have to find it myself. Great representative you have there! 👍 I've been with you over 5 years, but this is my last month of using Mark Khoury as my agent."

"WARNING!! Almost doubled my insurance month to month no notice no anything!! Incompetent insurance agents huge business liability! Called to update the payment method talked to Debbie, they charged my card for one payment but failed to put as a recurring payment for the business only did for my home insurance. I didn't notice for a few months that the business insurance was not going through when I called they told me I had to come in to figure out what was going on that i never called to update the payment even though IT WAS RECORDED IN THEIR SYSTEM so instead of apologizing and recognizing fault they tried to smooth their way out. I took time out of my busy schedule to go to the office that just moved and they didn't even let me know as the business address on Google wasn't updated!! 45min of driving I get there and she tells me she cannot change it in person that I have to call a phone specialist and completely rewrite the entire policy from scratch??!! To them you are clearly a joke they couldn't pull up the recorded phone conversation either!!!! HUGE HUGE HUGE LIABILITY. Spent 2 hours to rewrite the entire policy again for them to call me a month later and tell me they will be canceling my policy after I wrote them a review on Google for the negligence lies and making me run around in circles like a hamster. ZERO STARS"

Suddenly I’m being charged additional from their underwriting. Ridiculous and full of excuses. Just pay it and maybe get it back next month. Do not use this office to take care of your insurance needs. In fact State Farm in general is crooked as can be!"
